Geotagging Pilsen photos in Picasa

Posted by Picasa
Geotagging is a great way to identify photos with a map of where they were taken:
  • Select the photos in Picasa you want to geotag.
  • Click the Places button in the lower right hand corner.
  • Click the green marker button - bottom left corner, to add a new place for selected photos.
  • Move the green marker on the photo to the spot where the photo was taken.
  • Click OK button to finalize the geotag placement.
  • Search for the location e.g. Pilsen was enough information for above photos.

Geotagging is something I've heard of but never got around to doing. Thanks for these instructions :)

No problem - Picasa is a great site and linking this with travel photos via Geotagging is exciting.
